and the customers. Deviating conditions of the contracting party are expressly excluded unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. Minor deviations and technical changes compared to the illustrations or descriptions are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer.
2.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order (offer pursuant to § 145 BGB) for the items contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email.
3. Access to Contract Text
Your contract data will be stored as part of the order. You will receive this data with the order confirmation email. The General Terms and Conditions can be viewed at any time at www.anothercomb.com.
4. Delivery and Payment
4.1 All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT (pursuant to §19 UStG small business regulation) and include packaging costs, plus shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for deliveries outside the EU.
4.2 Payments are made via PayPal or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). The invoice amount is payable within five days after conclusion of the contract. Credit cards will be charged no earlier than upon dispatch of the goods.
4.3 In the event of payment default, statutory default interest may be charged. Delivery is made from stock to the address specified by the customer.
4.4 Delivery times are usually two business days. Delays are stated on the product page or communicated separately. Partial deliveries are permissible and free of shipping costs. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and refund any payments already made immediately.
4.5 Shipping Costs:
- Germany: €3.99 - €5.49
- EU: €7.20 - €14.49 (up to 5 kg)
- Non-EU: €7.20 - €45.99 (depending on region and weight)
- USA: €27.99 - €47.99 (up to 5 kg)

5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
5.2 Details regarding the withdrawal process, returns, and refunds can be found under "Cancellation Policy" on our website.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
7. Transport Damages
Visible transport damages must be reported immediately to the carrier. Hidden damages must be reported in writing within 7 days.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
9.1 We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
9.2 For slight negligence, we are only liable for essential obligations (cardinal obligations).
9.3 Any further liability is excluded.
9.4 Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9.5 The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
